When creating a JIRA issue using confiform, how do I set a field to use issue create date?

Hi,

I am new to this community, but have read through and have made a good progress in my confiform. Thank you.

I have a form with user input and creates a jira issue. When that jira issue is created I want Planned Start date field in jira to populate the time the form was submitted.

Jira expects the (date) field to be in a certain format, ConfiForms has a function to support you there - jiraDate (https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/Virtual+functions)

If your "Planned Start date" is a custom field then you need to figure out what field it is - the inner name for it.
