When I insert a Visio SVG via HTML macro, the formatting is not correct. Is there a workaround?

Hi,

I'm trying to display a Visio diagram in Confluence. This is what I did:

1) Saved the diagram in SVG format.

2) Opened the file in Notepad and copied the code.

3) Inserted the HTML macro into my page and pasted the code from the SVG file.

When I update the page, the diagram appears black and the formatting isn't correct. Is there a workaround for this issue? When I view the SVG file on my computer, it looks perfect. Is there something I need to change in the HTML code to correct this?
