When I am creating a token, does it give write permission by default?

I opened a token without scope, but I get error 400 when trying to write to a confluence page.
If it's not a permission issue, what can be the reason for error 400?

Hi @Merav Avraham , Your api token is linked to your account and will have same access that you have, so if you have access to write on the confluence access it will allow you to do that using api with this token.

Check your access to that space or page if you have access or not.

Thanks,
Shib
