Hi,
In my organisation we use the Jira Servicedesk. For about 30 workstation, we block all the websites and allow only the websites they need for their work. We do this by using the Proxy override registry setting in the group policy.
When i add .atlassian.net or .atlassian.com they are still not able to access the Servicedesk.
Does anyone know what i need to add to the Proxy override to enable access for those Workcenters?
Any help and/or suggestions would be much appreciated.
Hello Nick,
Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you!
You will want to make sure all of our domains and IP ranges are not blocked by your policy.
See Atlassian Cloud IP Ranges and Domains for the full list.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Regards,
Shannon
Hi Shannon,
The answer above isn't working. Is there anything else i can try, or is there something you need from me in order to solve this?
Nick

Hello Nick,
Thank you for trying that. The list there is all of the IP ranges and domains that we use in Cloud, so something else must be wrong if the users still can't access it.
You can check from loading the site in your browser and going to the Developer Tools > Network tab and see in red which sites are being blocked.
In addition, try checking your proxy logs to see which site was blocked.
Regards,
Shannon
