Hi @Kamil Kolata welcome to the community.  I've seen some issues with confluence when pages are 'too big'.  One test would be to try making a smaller page and see if that makes a difference.  Atlassian is rolling out PDF export changes for Confluence which may help.  Info on that is here: Atlassian Cloud Changes 

There are some Export to PDF issues reported at Atlassian's Jira site (jira.atlassian.com).  These two stick out if you're exporting spaces: CONFCLOUD-75912  CONFCLOUD-74832
