I've been testing multiple browsers and need to determine the lower possible Chromium version supported by atlassian.com Confluence and Jira. Some older browsers only partially load the page but no images or links are visible and the page continues to hourglass.
Chromium is not a browser, it's an engine. Nobody officially supports an engine, everybody officially supports browsers at specific versions.
If you want publicly available information, refer to https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/supported-browsers-for-atlassian-cloud-products/
If you want more, ask Atlassian.
Frankly, they probably won't tell you either, what goes into browsers is another matter entirely.
If you're creating a browser and it isn't working, then it's up to you figure out why, I would think, not the other way around.
Atlassian does not list Chromium as a supported browser.

Hope this helps!

Sorry this doesn't help. I need to know what version it supports and why it doesn't support older versions. I'm developing a browser and we are currently unable to support the absolutely latest version of Chromium which is why I need to know what version is supported.
Does atlassian.com require nodes.js / React or some other snapin/plug-ins which is why older Chromium isn't working?

From what I understand, Atlassian Cloud is continuously delivered, and the UI depends on modern, standards-based web APIs and JavaScript features that evolve with current browser releases. Because of that, older Chromium versions may lack required JS features, Web APIs, or newer security behaviors, which can cause them to not work.
I don’t think Atlassian publishes supported Chromium engine versions specifically; For an authoritative answer, Atlassian Support would be best placed to confirm.

Atlassian doesn’t support Chromium versions, only specific browser versions. Cloud UI is continuously updated and relies on modern JS/Web APIs, so older Chromium builds simply lack required features. There’s no published minimum engine version, if you’re building a browser, you’ll need to match current Chrome/Edge API support or expect breakage.
