What is the latest stable version for Confluence

Need exact latest version of confluence which is not vulnerable and is stable & fixed.

honestly, when you look at your request and definition in a very strict way, you will not be able to use any version of any software. 😉

The latest version of Confluence is version 7.18.

Maybe the long term support releases are also interesting to you. Then it would be 7.13
