What is the cause of this error?

In the Notifications section, I'm attempting to access a link created by one of my team members, but I keep getting 

This is a restricted space

Go to the previous page or home page

I have Confluence access.  I have cleared cache, exited the browser, restarted my computer and still get the same error.

I'd appreciate any insight.  Thanks.

Hello Michael,

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you!

I would recommend getting in touch with your site admin on this. Your team is on the Cloud Standard plan, which permits space admins to add restrictions on individual spaces. It may be that they inadvertently didn't include a group you're a member of, or forgot to add you to the space.

Once the admin has a look and can confirm no issues, they can report the issue to the the Cloud support team and we can help them take a look at their permissions setup.
