Hi
I'm wondering what do you use to create an option based knowledge base. For example- A self help guide to troubleshoot voice issue on a computer. The KB should provide options to users whether it is about a Laptop or Desktop> then depending on the selection it may ask them is it just about just the Mic/Speaker/or both then depending on the selection the KB takes them to next steps of the troubleshooting process and eventually to an outcome.
I know I can create a word based KB article but users will have to read everything in order to reach to the final conclusion; including the steps/option which are not relevant in their case.
I hope that makes sense.
Thanks!
Hi @Deepak and welcome,
you can't make content dinamic based on a user selection. My suggestion is to use different sections (one for laptop and one for desktop) through https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-expand-macro/
Hope this helps,
Fabio
