We’ve hit a snag

The issue should resolve on its own, but if it keeps happening, ask your admin to contact our support team and give them:

  • The URL of this page
  • The code associated with this error: 7qp240

https://mendochocolateco.atlassian.net/wiki/home

Hello, any confluence sites/spaces I attempt to go to end up with this page, though several different codes associated depending on the page I try to visit. This one is for our Home space. I attempted to follow the directions and link "our support team" but it circles me back to "Explore Community" and "View Documentation" with no clear route to actually reporting my issue (except here)

Please help and thank you,

Jennie

Hello Jennie,

Hope you are doing well! Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Since you mentioned that any Confluence sites and spaces, I highly suspect it could be something related to the browser itself.

Recently, we received a few reports about the same issue for users using Safari browser on the previous version than the latest one (version 15).

That being said since we only support browsers up to date (latest stable version) could you confirm if this error still occurs if you try on another browser like Chrome or Firefox, also on its latest version?

In case you are using Safari and it is indeed on a previous version, please check if it is possible to update it or use another browser. :)

Cheers,
Jessica

Welcome to the Community!

The code you're getting is not a real error message, it is a marker that has gone into Atlassian's error monitoring of Cloud systems.  It's quite likely that you are not the only one who has had this specific code, and they will have been investigating.  The code is there more to enable them to find it, and group incidents across different systems together.

Explore/view-docs is the only "support" option available for people on the free or $10 Cloud starter licences, there is no full support for them.

The best we can do here is flag it for Atlassian support and ask them to keep you informed alongside the others who might be getting this (I've done that)
