Among the other members of my team, I'm the only person that has to log into Confluence every time I start a session. I want to set up a PowerShell script that opens certain pages for on-call purposes but the login interrupts the open, I have to sign in and then I'm dropped to the "All Content" page instead of the page I intended to open when I passed the URL to my edge browser.
Suggestions?
Another consideration is the way your PowerShell script is interacting with the browser; presumably to open the Confluence page. You may need to pass authentication details as part of your request.
If the script is attempting to open the Confluence page via an existing browser process, then as @Alex Koxaras -Relational- suggested, you'll need to clarify the Org. Admin level configurations on your account vs. your peers.
Cheers.
Hi Ben, this was happening long before the powershell script was written, any time I book marked a Confluence page and came back to it the next day I'd get prompted for my email address:
https://companyname.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NEX/pages/228524289/CDE+-+Product+Team
I've just been going with the flow up to today, keying in my email every once in a while isn't a big deal but for the week when I'm on call I regularly have to open 4-5 pages, I leave them open all day but that's still 5 times I have to sign in.
Thank you for your response, I'll check into those configs.

Can you check with your admin to see the authentication policy to which you belong to. You can set the idle session duration:
If you belong to the same auth policy like your colleagues, then the problem is located elsewhere.
