Hi there,
Our team has created a Confluence Wiki for processes and procedures that need to be done in the day-to-day course of business.
Our Confluence Wiki links with other Confluence Wikis and external sources in our organisation i.e. on any given page in our Wiki, there will be URLs posted to link to other Wikis/sources.
We need to keep record of these links by means of a periodic review of the content obtained from these sources to see whether the info has been updated or not to know what sections we need to update on our side.
How can we do this?
A report showing all external links used in our Wiki would be very helpful.
Thank you
I think the Link management app will do this for you. It can scan your space and compile a table from the link found in it! It is simple and useful.
Hi @Petrus Lombard Welcome to the community. You will need to search the database to find keywords/links in your confluence wiki. Please check this link,
