We have inserted a user in confluence , he has logged in, but we can not mention him, it seems likes he is not active

Are you facing this issue for a specific user or all users ?
It could be an intermittent issue as well, so you can try different browser or clearing your browsers cache to see if you are experiencing same behavior.

Also you can try resolution mentioned on this link (applies to Cloud as well) to see if that helps.

Hi @Kishan Sharma , we are facing this issue with a specific user should i mention the qt number and name?

Thanks for confirming @Tsakou Spyridoula that's ok, not needed to mention the user name. Such issues are generally resolved by reindexing confluence, so I would suggest raising a support ticket to Atlassian Support who can help to fix this for your site. Once you get an answer, please also post here on how this is resolved for everyone's awareness.
