We have data retention period as 13 months but in analytics option not able to change the date range

This is the product limitation allowed periods are 6,12,18 or 24.

Yeah updated 12 months as retention period but question here is why not able to change the date range it's allowing only to choose 13 days

Give us more information about the upgrade, which version to which version and date of upgrade.

Yes date picker option not allowing to choose the date range .only able to choose 13 days. But 12 months is the retention period

In confluence we will be having analytics option to check the recent changes done by whom there it's showing ou for 13 days
