After logging into our account at Jira Services (https://start.atlassian.com/) the Confluence service appears. When clicking to login, the message of the printscreen appears.
I do not know what to do. Any suggestions to overcome this problem?

Welcome to the community.  I have usually seen this when a user is logged into Chrome with their google account which is different then their Atlassian account.  Are you using Chrome?  If so can you try a different browser and let me know the outcome.
