I've deleted the sensitive info such as your site. This is public forum that can be shown in Google search results. Make sure that your space administrator has assigned you the correct roles or permissions.

If you are using roles, you and others need to be added as Collaborators to add and edit content. If you still have permissions, you need to have Add and Edit options for the space.

That does not look even like Error ? It is more likely a rendering or loading issue, or something on the network side blocking Atlassian IP ranges from accessing the page correctly.

Btw. always this or Pure Permission Issue. Always is one of them.

Since you are an Enterprise customer, please reach out to Atlassian Support and ask them to investigate it from their side.
