We have events coming up in our division that we would like to display on a Confluence page using the Team Calendars gadget set to the 'Week' setting, as they will go throughout that week.
When I create that, it shows the entire day, midnight to the next midnight. We do not need to see all of those times as we would only be needing the 8am-5pm window.
Is there a way to limit the times that are displayed?
While I'm at it, is there also a way to lock which week the calendar shows? It currently snaps to the current week, but I would like to lock it on the week of the events only.
Thank you!
Hi Dan,
Can you show me how you have this event set up? I'm not sure how you were doing it, but I would recommend creating an event that is one day for the hours you need, that repeats and ends on the final day of the week.
I tested this in my own calendar, and I have the following settings:
And it appears like this on my page:
Can you let me know if that's what you were looking to do?
Lastly, it's not possible to restrict the macro to a date range, but we have a feature request for it while we gather interest:
You can vote on that to help show your interest, and comment there with your usage case.
Let me know if you have any questions about this.
Regards,
Shannon
I had the event set up as an all-day event since we didn't have the hourly events written up yet. I will try this approach to see if it will suffice.
Thank you for your help!

Dan,
Thank you for confirming. Indeed, the event will show all day as 12-12 unless you specify hours. You can safely go with working ours at least and adjust later, if you need.
Kind regards,
Shannon
