WRONG announcement: deleted due to inactivity

Received the mail message below today, but none is true: Neither the said period of inactivity nor the deletion itself. Why do I receive such message. What do I have to do to certainly keep the site, that is still very actively in use! Thanks and BR! Dieter

The only thing you can do in this case is contact the support immediately (as mentioned in the email).

Once your site is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in or recover it yourself.

Thanks Teodora for your reply, but the weird thing is, that the site has not been deleted at all (still not 2 day after the frightening statement). 
Perhaps you can help me with the first paragraph, saying: "deemed inactive after having no apps or managed accounts in the last 180 days." Well, this is true (no apps than Confluence, no managed accounts), BUT tons of activity on the Confluence Site. I find it a little bit strange to "alarm" atlassian support to undelete an undeleted site ... BR, Dieter
