WHO IS MY ADMIN

why i cannot do anything it keeps telling me that im not authorised!??

We cannot tell you who your admins are, we have less knowledge of your system than you do.  

Your admins may have enabled the "contact the admin" form - there's a link to it in the "you do not have authorisation" and "page not there" pages you get when there is an access error.

If they have not, then you're going to need to ask other users who they are.  Your colleagues, the people who asked you to use Confluence, the people who gave you the account, or your IT support people.
