Hi there,
Is there anyone out there that can give me virtual assistance on pulling out a specific automation rule for my project? I tried to do DIY but the stuff in there is quite overwhelming and look so foreign to me. Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting would be very helpful.
Thanks.
Gen Mark
Hi @Gen Mark Dulay , what do you mean by "pulling out"? What exactly are you attempting to do? Are you trying to get rid of a rule or are you trying to create a new rule or something else? If you were trying to create a rule please provide the details of what you are attempting to accomplish. Also, if you have not already done so, be sure to search the community for similar posts.
Hi @Jack Brickey ! I'm trying to create a new rule. Creating Confluence page from Jira Done issues. I wanted the comments in the issues to be in the body of the Confluence page. I am aware there is automation function of creating a Confluence page from Jira issues but when the Confluence page has been created all the details only goes to the title of the page. Body of the page is empty.

Hi @Gen Mark Dulay , I don't know of a means of updating a Confluence page from Automation and include the comments. I found a similar post here that might be worth a read. It offers two solutions. One is using an addon and the other leverages the APIs.
