Viewtracker dashboard: Unique Viewers

The Viewtracker dashboard shows this "Unique Viewers" number. I'm looking at the stats for a specific space. Within that space there are many pages.

The question is, is this "Unique viewer" number a cumulative number of all unique page visits within that space? Or is it just unique visit for the entire space?

e.g. When person A visits 2 different pages in space X, does it count it as 2 unique viewers, or 1 unique viewer?

Hello KA S,

The "Unique Viewers" are single users that have visited the Confluence content. They are listed only once, no matter how many pages they have visited within the space or globally.

So in your example person A is 1 unique viewer.

On the Space Report it is listed how many page "Views" this user has generated within the space. In the Content Report the user is listed with the amount of "Times viewed" (how many times has this user viewed the page).

For more information on the Viewtracker app please consult the documentation https://bitvoodoo-apps.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DOC/overview?mode=global or get in touch with the bitvoodoo support team https://jira.bitvoodoo.ch/servicedesk/customer/portal/2

Kind regards
