Hi @Theodore Price welcome to the Atlassian community.

I'm sure you have selected the correct tag for this post! If yes, then on any page in the Confluence tool, click on edit button in the menu header and make notes. When completed click on "publish".

Now, you can view the entire table or notes or report links you inserted as part of your use case.
