Video not displaying correctly on confluence page within Jira Service Desk knowledge base

Updated one of our knowledge base articles with a video file inserted into the page. I have tried both Webm and MP4 format. The video displays on the page without any issue when accessing within confluence however when accessing the article through the knowledge base within JSD the video is not displayed and instead the file name is a hyperlink which opens a new tab to the video. How can we get this to display on the page without needing to click a link to a new tab?
