So I am new and am setting up a confluence site as we have a startup and the team will grow from 4 to c.20 over the coming month - we have like most shared all our content on emails to date - the next stage is to establish a number of groups of 3-6 to work on specific areas of the company definition and strategy (our blueprint) so we need to be able to collaborate so Confluence Spaces and Pages seemed great - looking at the videos - the problems is there are so many of them - I have the basics but would love to have a template for our pages which will be real live discussion documents that will take form over the coming 3 months - we would assign owners, reviewers and approvers to sections of the docs, assign actions and follow ups and come together every 2 weeks to baseline and move forward again - wouldn't it be wonderful if there was a good template for this :-) - sow lots of videos on marketplace but struggling to determine whats best for us

As I understand your situation, you need to have some workflow control within your pages in Confluence. On top of that, there is also the need for simultaneous editing of the documents.
First, I would like to tell you that workflows like document approvals and reviewers are not part of the native functions of Confluence.
