Version 1.16.0 NiFi How work this feature ?

Hello, 

I work on NIFI for two months for my project internal of my job. It's a great technology for a data engineer. I would to know how use this feature in release 1.16.0:

 - Framework Level Retry now supported.  For many years users build flows in various ways to make retries happen for a configured number of attempts.  Now this is easily and cleanly configured in the UI/API and simplifies the user experience and flow design considerably! To those waiting for years for this thank you for your patience.

I need to use, which processor? Or which configuration?  I don't understand how applies this feature. Effectively It's important could save data when she is lost in Kafka for example.
