Variables in checkboxes within templates

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I want to create a template (no blueprint) in a teamspace with a collection-table of linked pages and checkboxes:
content | visa trainee | visa trainer | comments
Trainees receive a page made out of the template in their personal space. They shall read and answer questions on the pages mentioned in the template-table (i.e. WebAV Übungen) and then go back to the template created page and check the checkbox in the trainee column when they're done.
The moment they check the checkbox I want variables to fill automatically the date + time + user who checked the checkbox.
I have not found any solution to this yet. Is that even possible?
