Utilizar confluence y Jira mas alla del 15 de febrero de 2024

Estimados técnicos,

Disponemos de licencias de Jira Software(Server) 10 Users (SEN-5527832) y de Confluence (Server)  10 users (SEN-15620490).

Al intentar la renovacion me dice que solo puede ser hasta el 15/02/2024. 

¿No se podrá utilizar a partir de ese momento? ¿Es oblogatoria la migracion? ¿A que sistema?  ¿Como realizamos la migracion y cual opcion deberiamos contratar? 

Quedamos a la espera de respuesta.

Can it not be used from that moment on? Is migration mandatory? To what system? How do we carry out the migration and which option should we hire?

Hi @digibis ,

Atlassian is no longer going to provide support for Jira server, Confluence Server after February 15, 2024. So you'll need to migrate your instances either to Cloud or to Data Center versions to keep using without any disruptions. However you can keep using the Server products but Atlassian will not provide any support for any kind of issues or upgrades. Also you can refer to the answers given here
