I've got multiple JIRA macros on one Confluence page so that I can pull in different portions of my JIRA ticket into a confluence page. Is there a way to update all the macros at once so that I don't have to update each macro individually?

Unfortunately, I don't think this is possible. You will have to update all of them separately.
