Using a Formula Field as the Grouping Field in a Matrix View

Hi!! I have a formula field I am using to concat 3 different fields together with. I then want to have this field as the grouping field in a Matrix View. Everything works fine until I select a card and then the whole matrix view goes blank - like it isn't able to find a proper record...Is this thought process outside of the scope of the matrix view capabilities?

I'm guessing you're using some Marketplace addon/app here? Can you please share which so appropriate vendor staff can potentially reach out here?

App listings usually have "Support" tab/information from where you can also reach out to vendors directly.
