Using SQL to update the status and why Page Properties report could not get the lastest status ?

Hi Everybody , 

I need your help on this problem. 

I am using Page properties and Page properties report in confluence.

when I used SQL to update the status in Page Properties and then used Page properties report to sync allover summary from page properties. 

why Page properties report  could not get the lastest status (This status changed by SQL)?? Anyone can help me to fix thsi problem ? very grateful

Hi @Lawrance Huang ,

Seems that such complex construction is a bit overloaded for the standard Page Properties Report macro.

You may collect your tables using the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros that work as an advanced version of the Page Properties/Page Properties Report macros (you can tick the "Show as a report table" option and collect your source tables by labels, pages and child pages, pages and descendants and show various types of source page metadata).

And as I see that you use three Table Transformer macros in a row, you may refer to our support. Please attach your page storage format: we'll recreate your macros with all the settings and SQL queries and try to simplify the case.

But still not workable.

Please refer to our support.

Attach page storage formats of the two pages: your master page where you collect your report and one of your child pages.

From your screenshot I see that smth is still wrong: your Table Excerpt Include macro is wrapped in the Page Properties macro. And you need to collect your tables via the Table Excerpt Include macro only.

On the upper screenshot you've chosen the name of your Table Excerpts (ABS), then you choose from what pages you need to collect your Table Excerpts (pages with specific labels, child pages, etc.) and then you tick the "Show as a report table" option.

The Table Excerpt Include macro then collects all your Table Excerpts with the ABS names and builds a master report. You don't need Page Properties/Page Properties Report macros for the case at all.

I got it. I will use Table Excerpt Include macro to replace Page properties Marco.
