Using Draw.io on Confluence in Intranet

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are using Confluence in a Intranet environment, which does not have Internet access. Could you please help to advice whether it is possible to make use of Draw.io diagram in such environment?

Yep, I don't see any reason the draw.io plugin shouldn't work without an external connection to the internet. However, I'd recommend trying it out as a trial in a test environment first and contacting the app developer if you have any questions about how it works.
