Using Anchors inside navigation bar

I have an tabel with some themes an remarks.

down there is an navigation bar with letter a to Z with more detaisl to the themes from the table.

Now I want use anchors inside the navigationbar.

I set the anchor names #A or #B inside the navigation bar makro. In the table I insert the Links to the anchors.

It doenst work :-(

which plugin are you using for your navigation bar?

I don't know a makro with that name.
