We tag users on meeting notes template and half of them didn't receive the notification mail - why? is it a bug? and how could I fix it? how can I track when get the emails?
Is it possible for some of the users to be unsubscribed from all Confluence updates? Sometimes people turn everything off to avoid the noise.
