Users are unable to access our UD Confluence QA. Needed your help

Hello Support we migrated our instance recently and after migration we are facing some challenges.

Users who migrated are not able to access Confluence, But the same configurations we are fine with Jira.

Can you please help us.

Hi @Lakshmi yalakaturi welcome to the community.  How are your users managed?  Re: are they managed via Jira?  If so check to see if your users are members of the confluence_users group.
