User permissions?

HI all,
I recently joined an organization and crated an account on Confluence. However, I'm not able to access any of my organization's spaces. I'm thinking that there must be someone with an admin role that needs to grant me permission to each of these spaces, but my manager is under the impression that I should be able to access them with just the standard sign up. We're both at a bit of a loss- can anyone help? I've tried having other team members invite me to edit docs, but when try to access those docs, I still hit the 'you need permission to access' block (I've also requested access to certain docs, had that access approved, but still can't view or edit them).

welcome to the Atlassian community!

An Org Admin should review your product permissions and then a Confluence Administrator should provide you the correct Global/Space permissions.
