One of our subscribers keeps encountering an issue with receiving SMS notifications from our Status Page.
We have added/removed his number from the subscription and he even received the subscription confirmation SMS, but nothing concerning an actual Status Page notification. We have tested with a testing component (to which he is subscribed), but no SMS is received. His number is showing up under his account details as being subscribed for notifications.
We also tested with another user, who subscribed for SMS just today and he is receiving these notifications without issues.
Has anyone experienced such or similar issues specifically SMS notifications?

What you mentioned will point that he have Problem with his own Provider so Troubleshooting is on their side, not yours as you can´t influence that.
Hey, I’ve seen similar issues before. Sometimes it’s related to carrier delays or SMS filtering on the recipient’s side. Maybe ask the subscriber to check for blocked numbers or try a different phone to see if it comes through."

Its odd, because as I mentioned he did receive the SMS subscription message immediately after subscribing and resubscribing, but not actual notification SMS after that.
Are there any differences in these messages (sender, type etc.)? I.e., if he received the first message from Status Page, why would the other SMS be denied?
