User lost view/edit permissions

I gave a user view/edit permissions to a parent page with many child pages. He initially could see and edit the pages. Then he lost access to one of the child pages. Does anyone know why this happens?

I'd check if the single page the user lost access to was restricted meanwhile.

@Manoj Gangwar No one removed his permissions. I verified that he was still on the permissions list. He was. Then I removed him and readded him.

Hi @Sheila L ,

As per my understanding, someone removed the view/edit permission that why he lost the access. But there is no way to check this.
