Did you recently cancel subscriptions you set up to Atlassian Cloud apps, like Confluence?
It can take some time for the cancellation request to be processed. And then Atlassian holds your data for a period of time before permanently deleting it, in case you change your might and want to reactivate the subscription.
It may be that not enough time has passed.
You can also try going to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing to see what billing accounts you are associated with.
Or you can reach out the Atlassian Billing Support to get an explanation directly from them. To do that complete and submit the form at the site below. You may need to click Need more help below the URL entry fields to proceed.
