User in group confluence-users can't access confluence start page

A user (role: Basic) is assigned to two groups:

• jira-software-users and
• confluence-users

Switching in the left navigaton from jira to confluence does not show an option to select (in the layer) nor lead to a confluence page. It shows a page to create a team instead

What to do to give this user access to the confluence pages?

Resolved - user has only to skip the screen and then to chose a space - than it works
