The question is to have it as default for all the space.
When the users is not having access server hosted confluence, is it possible to display information on how to proceed to apply for access.
Like we have for sharepoint for requesting access. It would be a similar/same solution as for the sharepoint projects.
Hi Arif,
it is up to Confluence Admin. Click on:
Cog -> User Management
The following is the screen that you can customize(if you have more questions don't hesitate to ask):
Thank you for the swift response.
Actually what i am looking is some thing like we have on share point when new user try the access share point site it gives option to apply for access and the request flows to admin who can grants access.
So similar to that, Let say a user A is not having access to confluence but the colleague user B has the access and share the link to user A to visit on the confluence page.
But since user A is not having the access to confluence so when it tries to access it should display information something like you don't have the access, please contact you admin (email address or process to apply for access)
Point is in the multi vendor environment support not every would be aware whom to approach for the access. So putting some information whom/how/where contact to get access.
Please advise if this achievable.

Hi Arif,
I have no idea on how things look on Sharepoint server when someone doesn't have an account.
The screenshot I sent you, was from Confluence "User Management" Screen.
Once the Confluence Admin enables a Signup Option and configure the SMTP server:
My guessing is that if user A (who already has an account in Confluence) shares a link with user B (who doesn't have an account in Confluence yet); once user B hits the login page he/she will be prompted to either log in or create a new account.

Appreciate your response @Tinker Fadoua!
So on the above scenario when user B hit the login page can he/she be prompted saying that "Please contact the your Confluence Administrator at abc@xyz.com"
Our access model is that User are added manually via configuration management and wanted to display so that user have know who can grant the access.
Is this something that can be customized with in the confluence? If yes please advise.
