User can't add images to a confluence page

Hi!

Similiar issue as in https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-questions/Can-t-add-images-to-a-confluence-page/qaq-p/2046913 but slightly different:

A college can't add any images on Confluence pages anymore, the symbol is blocked and copy and paste doesn't work too (either from the computer or the web).

He has been given all permissions to edit confluence pages, but it didn't changed. It's been like this for a while now.

He uses Microsoft Egde, but with Google the issue is the same.

Could anyone help me?

Hi @Raynara Alves Blaque 

Check the user's permissions in the given space (Space settings > Space access > Users or Groups).

They may eddit the page but adding/deleting 'attachments' has its own setting.
