User can only access one space but no other spaces although they are Org-Admin

I have an organization with three spaces and wanted to add a another user (i.e. I wanted to transfer the organization to another user). This users email adress is from a different domain if that matters.

This user can access one of the spaces but not the other. But this user is an organization admin, has all roles for the product, and is in all the same groups as the user who can access the other spaces.

How can I give this user access to the other spaces? Or can I transfer the whole organization to this user?

So space permission are per space unless you are using default space permissions. You might need to add that person to the space individually with the right permissions.

I suspect your using standard or free version since you are not able to use the Admin key?

If you have access to the space settings and can add users to the space permission then go to add the user(s) that need access. You shouldn't need to transfer anything to anyone just add them. If you want to change owner I believe you need to be on premium to do so.

Thank you for your fast response. You're correct I'm using the free version so I cannot access the space permissions.

But due to your answer I found the problem. The spaces were retricted to specific users!

When trying to share a page from these spaces it displayed a warning that the space is restricted and it allowed me to remove this restriction. Now the user can access these spaces.

If you want to test the premium features to use admin key you can get 30 day trial by upgrading product. The admin key features allow you to check restriction and use admin key to update permissions. It might not be worth it for your team but its super helpful when restrictions and or permission are updated and you don't have access.
