User account Deactivated.

Hi Atlassian members, 

We have a user who tries to log in to Atlassian via SSO from office but get's the error "This account has been deactivated. Please contact your organisation admin." The account has site access and is also part of the group and everything. We have tried open private browsers, removing the users and adding the user again. We are out of ideas now.

Hi @Mohammed Hejjo ,

Is he a managed user? If yes, try look via the admin panel (https://admin.atlassian.com/) and see if he is deactivated there. If yes, then something must be done from the Identity provider where he is synced.

Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational- 

Yes he is. From (https://admin.atlassian.com/.) he is set to be active and not deactivated. From our site he is in the correct AD group which sync's with Atlassian. Our IT-Administrator have checked and it looks like he has all the access as everyone else.
