Checked if the email address is correct and checked for junk and quarantined emails they were all ok.

How to know if the email address is added in the suppression list?

i am it support and need to resolve the issue for the user

Hi @sunil vemulapalli ,

I know there's something like that for Jira (recently announced): https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-articles/Jira-Unblock-emails-in-bulk/ba-p/3025272

As for Confluence and Atlassian Administration, I don't remember seeing anything like that for these specific admins.

Atlassian Support can definitelly help you out here (but I agree that it can be a pain point if you need to contact them every time).
