User Management

I do not seem to have "User Management" anywhere within my console.

How do i go about getting access to this?

Welcome to the Community!

To manage Users you should have Jira Admin and Confluence Admin rights respectively.

If you have the admin rights then you can find the User Management on your top right side Cog item, besides to user profile.

I am new within my organisation and should have Jira and Confluence Admin rights. This might be a silly question but how do i go about acquiring these rights and who can issue them to me?.

There should be a system administrator or a manager who has this information.
