We have a bulky user guide in PDF which I want to convert to multiple how to guides in JSM (maybe badged as FAQs) using Rovo to help me.
Anyone gone down this path ?
Hello, yes @george_bullock
I've done this with first asking the Rovo chat to convert the PDF to multiple how to guides. After that I asked it to create a page in Confluence and it did that.
Thanks Nikola
and I assume you can expose as How to Guides through standard JSM functionailty

@Nikola Perisic
When you had Rovo convert a PDF into smaller chunks - "multiple guides", do you need imbedded meta data from the monolith guide for Rovo to correctly create the smaller guides.
When you loaded into Confluence does JSM need meta data in each smaller guide to correctly have it appear in a JSM Search or FAQ.
I am imagining a User will ask a question and the search will get the best matching Guides.
e.g.
"I want to know how to setup an Authenticator for the Platforms MFA"

As I am not aware how PDF meta data works, this article might help you out: https://www.eficode.com/blog/how-rovo-agents-can-unlock-value-in-your-atlassian-suite#:~:text=The%20Agent%2C%20powered%20by%20LLMs,potential%20of%20Agents%20across%20industries

Sorry when I said Meta Data I probably just means data e.g.
User Guide (200 pages)
Section 1 "How do I register for XX Portal?"
then the next 5 pages relate to the Registration
Then Next Section
Where do I find information for my application?
