We have a bulky user guide in PDF which I want to convert to multiple how to guides in JSM (maybe badged as FAQs) using Rovo to help me.Anyone gone down this path ?

I've done this with first asking the Rovo chat to convert the PDF to multiple how to guides. After that I asked it to create a page in Confluence and it did that.

You can, but that Confluence space needs to be connected to your JSM through Knowledge base feature
