Hello all,

We have our knowledgebase in Confluence and would like to use this content to train a new AI chatbot.

However, when I enter the public URL's, the bot is unable to gather the information from the pages.
I have set the permissions so that Annonymous users can view and would expect this to be enough.

I am encountering this when using the custom URL in Refined, but also when I am using the direct Space link in Confluence?

Did anyone else encounter this problem and if so, how did you solve this?

Thanks in advance!

Paul

Hi Paul, exactly the same request over here :-) Which product are you going to use? I expermented with cody and chatbase.

- Chatbase can crawl the pages of our JSM linked KB if I enable anonymous access. But I would only like to do this temporary of course. Also chatbase gives weird replies and URLs and I am not sure it is the right product.

- Cody seems to be more clever but it seems I is unable to crawl / render the pages

Curious which one works best for you. Happy to share ideas directly if you like :-)
Best

if you set the permission to annonymous, any crawler will fetch the content, i think it's cause of bot
