One of my team members is facing an issue to login into the Atlassian products, namely JIRA and Confluence and he is getting the below-mentioned error:
PS: Nothing has changed in the configuration or the credentials of the user, can someone please suggest a way forward as it is a time-sensitive issue.

Have the use try logging in from a private window and another browser, while it's cache is clear.
In addition your jira admin should check if the user is active.
If you are on a paid plan, and none of the a ove works, then contact directly Atlassian support.
