I’m having trouble accessing my Atlassian Confluence site on the Free plan.
When I try to reach my workspace, I encounter an error (or it shows as unavailable), and I can no longer see my pages. I haven’t changed any settings recently, and I am logged in with the correct admin email address.
Could someone from the Atlassian team or the community please check if my instance has been deactivated due to inactivity or if there is a technical glitch? I have important documentation there that I need to access.

For how long did you not log in to the site ? Do you get an error message ? Can you share it please ?
if your site was deactivated due to inactivity you can try to raise a ticket at the atlassian support.
It has only been about a week since my last login, so I don't think it's due to long-term inactivity.
I will also try to raise a ticket through the support portal as you suggested. In the meantime, if there is anything else I should check on my account settings, please let me know.
