Upload file to Confluence page and not able to

I met issue when upload file to confluence page. 

This page link i uploaded before, today when i tried to upload again, it shown below popup message. 

"Your session has expired. You may need to re-submit the form or reload the page."

And update characters, delete files are allowed, just not able to upload file, i changed browser also not work.

Hi @Maplce Wang and welcome,

probably you are experiencing a bug with synchrony. Are u on datacenter instance (url not like XXXXXXX.atlassian.net/) ? If yes, could you provide us teh confluence version?

Hi Fabio,

Yes seems i am using a datacenter instance, on the bottom of confluence, it have "Powered by Atlassian Confluence 7.19.12", hope this is the confluence version?

Hey @Maplce Wang , if you are a confluece admin try to disable syncrony and retry in order to be sure that syncrony is causing this issue.

Customers can disable Collaborative Editing from the   > General Configuration > Collaborative editing admin screen.

I am not admin, but today i tried to upload again, it work now, seems should be some bug? Anyway thanks for your reply.
